Hello,

 

My son and I have been trying to build a 2 bedroom cottage for the last 2 years. It has been a frustrating process, being constantly over quoted, and experiencing lack of customer care from the builders and their staff.  I felt a sense of relief when I discovered the Diamond Villa Home company, as Sam the owner and his staff took the time to listen to our needs, clearly explaining the building process.

 

We are currently negotiating our house plan with the Council, before we begin building.  It has been refreshing to deal with Sam, he has  endeavored to work within our modest budget, and his many years spent as a builder, allows him to have in depth knowledge and helpful contacts within the building trade. His staff are always polite and extremely helpful, wanting to go above and beyond for the customer. In the days of impossible housing prices, I recommend that you take the opportunity to speak with this company and try to do things differently, saving yourself both time and money.
